If you had to tell a young friend about all the things you’ve done right while ageing and would thus recommend to them… What would they be?

I take accountability for the role I play in creating the chaos the world in in. I work on healing myself. And help others to do the same when they are ready. I communicate from a place of love and not hate. I take care of my boundaries and do not fall into a trap of perfectionism. And I trust that the universe is taking care of me.
