Who am I?
I am a 34 year old Italian woman living in Montenegro with my husband. I used to be a digital nomad but lately I became a proud sedentary plant-lady, a not-so-stretchy yogi and a bookworm. 🐛
Why am I interested in tourism?
I am a curious being, I lived in many places, and I am addicted to new experiences, foods and friends. Travel was part of my identity and now I am questioning my priorities. I was always (too much) active and now I have been forced to slow down and I see it as a direct message from the Universe. I am questioning how discovery/adventures can be done in different ways and what are the lessons to be learned. I love lists and I am now compiling a list of places that I never visited and that I can reach by bike from my apartment. We can say that it’s a way to redirect the need for wild exploratory missions!
Dear Elisa,
I can’t wait to see you in a week. Finally we will spend the next year as neighbors in the mountains to experience life from a new perspective.
The year we spent in the countryside showed me aspects that I didn’t know about myself and about the relationship with my family, but I am ready for this new chapter. We are so lucky to live on a planet that finally reconnects with the slow rhythm of nature and animals. I learned so much about plants and animals around me that I am excited to confront myself with the new ecosystem.
I wouldn’t imagine how much joy you can find in the little daily changes of the landscape. I am ready to start that new adventure with our families together for a while!
But I’ll tell you everything soon! Big hugs
Ju

Wishes and hopes behind the image of the future:
1. “For the future of tourism I hope that…”
longer stays will get more common than weekend escapes.
2. “If I could wish for anything at all, I would…”
abolish country borders and visas.abolish country borders and visas.
3. “If I were a powerful politician, I would…”
promote equal possibilities to travel, not connected with whether or not you have the “right” papers.
